In addition to managing an extensive client base, Jason supervises the day to day operations of TheMarylandRealEstateExpert.com. His experience and education have developed his sound real estate sense into a passion to strive to help his clients receive the best possible terms on either side of a transaction.

Jason graduated from the University Colorado's Leeds School of Business where received a B.S. in Accounting with a Certificate of Real Estate. He spent the next few years in Colorado gaining experience in both commercial and residential real estate. Since then Jason has been with CB Richard Ellis, Cushman and Wakefield, and Grubb and Ellis.

While living in Colorado, Jason worked on two different teams, one that specializes in working with first time buyers, and the other focuses on foreclosures. Jason was one of only forty-five brokers in Colorado to be deemed a "Foreclosure Intervention Specialist".

Jason's desire to be a part of the bustling DC Metro area real estate market brought him to Maryland. Jason presently resides in Bethesda and is working with Weightman Realty in Rockville.

Jason is a firm believer that attention detail and exceptional customer service are the keys to 100% client satisfaction. These keys have enabled him to close all of his transactions quickly and smoothly.

Joe Zalis is a true product of the DC Metropolitan area. Born and raised in Rockville, Joe attended Montgomery County public and private schools. In 2001 his education in Maryland culminated in a Bachelor's in Economics, with an honors focus in Total Quality Management from the University of Maryland. Since then Joe has spent time as an investment advisor and a financial analyst until becoming a Equity United loan officer.

He spends his free time fishing, skiing, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, and touring the museums with his wife Lauren, in DC where they presently reside. Joe is a top loan officer who puts his client's needs at the forefront of his decision making.
