  • One of the greatest benefits in my opinion that these residents get to enjoy is its great location.
    • This subdivision is located close to both Bethesda and Silver Spring, and at the same point they are not to far from the downtown area of the District
    • There are many parks close by that the residents in this community get to enjoy.
    • Walking distance to the Silver Spring Metro Station.  A walk form this subdivision to the metro can take anywhere between 10 minutes to 30 minutes depending where you are. 
So as you can see this subdivision caters to the many needs of its current residents and future residents.
