One of the many reasons home buyers are attracted to the Luxury homes in Rockville, Potomac, Bethesda, and Chevy Chase is due to the highly ranked public shools located in the county.  Wootton's school district for instance, has placed limitations on builders in the past to reduce concerns of overcrowding in that top ranked high school.  If you are looking for more land (>1 acre) without a $1 Million+ price tag some of the more northern neighborhoods in the county may be right for you.

For younger purchasers, consider condominiums or town homes in either Bethesda or Silver Spring, both have projects slated for deliver over the next two years and both the county's hubs of its vibrant night life.

No matter what type of community you are looking for, Montgomery County has a home for you.
