A little about the Developer
The Bozzuto Group is a privately held real estate organization which is composed of 6 different companies is developing Fraley's Green. This group was founded in 1988 by Tom Buzzuto, John Slidell, Rick Mostyn, and Bernard Lubcher, to build and manage their developments. Over time, the Bozzuto Group has expanded its focus to also include home building and commercial landscaping. The Buzzuto group has four partners Buzzuto Management company, Buzzuto Construction, and Buzzuto Development company.
